Mission
At HAAMB, we provide ongoing employment and training initiatives for Aboriginal community members.
Our programs promote empowerment, self-sufficiency, and an improved quality of life for all clients.
Vision
HAAMB aspires to be the leading connector between Aboriginal communities and employment training opportunities.
We aim to ensure every member has access to programs that promote skills, career growth, and community well-being.
Founded in 1991, HAAMB is a non-profit organization governed by a Board of Directors and serves as the Local Delivery Mechanism for Programs and Services offered by the Aboriginal Labour Force Development Circle.
Values
HAAMB is guided by the Seven Grandfather Teachings—wisdom, love, respect, bravery, honesty, humility, and truth—which shape how we deliver all programs and services.
